Leadership defines and drives the DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) culture. We recognize that in order to fulfill our collective mission, we must first be good stewards of our organization. All operations are accredited by and adhere to the standards prescribed by federal and state regulatory agencies and industry governing bodies. Our medical directors and executive directors serve in pivotal positions in the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and the North American Transplant Coordinators Organization (NATCO).
DCIDS is a Donate Life Organization supporting and promoting programs of Donate Life America. All managers and supervisors participate in frequent and ongoing management trainings, including Leadership Development Institutes. This reflects DCIDS’ commitment and vision to establish ourselves as the leader in the donation community, through excellence and innovation.
