FLAG RAISINGS

Every April, during Donate Life Month, local hospitals across New Mexico host flag-raising ceremonies to honor organ, eye, and tissue donors and their families, while also raising awareness about the critical need for donation. These events bring together hospital staff, donor families, recipients, and community members in a moment of reflection and gratitude.

RECOGNITION CEREMONIES

New Mexico Donor Services is proud to announce that numerous cities and counties will be issuing proclamations to recognize National Donate Life Month at their upcoming local government meetings. All Ambassadors and passionate advocates for organ, eye and tissue donation are strongly encouraged to participate in these impactful sessions and share their stories.
